Sales Development Representative

We are hiring a Digital Sales Development Representative (SDR) at zap group!

Are you a sharp, driven professional with a nose for discovering untapped business opportunities? zap group, Israel’s leading digital media network (Yellow Pages, zap rest, zap doctors, and more), is expanding its B2B outreach team!

We aren't looking for script-readers. We want curious, strategic communicators who can analyze a business’s digital presence, ask the right questions, and turn potential into high-value sales opportunities.

In this role, you will:

• Identify & Map Opportunities: Proactively engage with B2B decision-makers and quickly evaluate their current digital footprint.
• Diagnose Pain Points & Deliver Value: Actively listen, identify growth bottlenecks, and connect business needs to zap group's tailored digital media solutions.
• Generate High-Value Interest: Convert cold touchpoints into warm, highly engaged sales leads.
• Bridge the Deal: Schedule strategic consultation meetings for our Account Executive team.

What we are looking for:

• 1–2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, or sales development.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising (Major Advantage).
• Sharp business acumen: Ability to quickly understand how SMBs operate and where they are missing growth.
• Exceptional communication skills: High emotional intelligence, curiosity, and the ability to turn objections into possibilities.
