Junior Data Analyst

This position is a full-time placement at our client’s offices in Rishon LeZion, with ongoing professional support and guidance from M:AD Growth.

Training & Technologies

As Part Of Your Onboarding, You Will Go Through a Comprehensive Training And Certification Program, Gaining Hands-on Experience With Key Tools And Technologies

• GA4 – Advanced digital measurement and analytics.
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – Working in cloud environments for data processing and management.
• Integration of AI tools into measurement, optimization, and data research workflows.
  
  

• Collect, process, and analyze data from digital assets to build a 360° view of brand performance.
• Design, set up, and manage reporting environments, databases, and data sources while ensuring accuracy, security, and privacy.
• Build and design dashboards and reports to assist product and marketing managers in making informed business decisions.
• Work closely with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical data solutions.
  
  

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – comfortable working in a dynamic environment alongside teams and clients.
• Analytical mindset, passion for data, and a strong drive to learn new methodologies and technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems, Tech Management, Math, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced SQL skills – a must!
• Strong tech orientation and the ability to self-learn new platforms and systems quickly.
• Experience with visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau) – an advantage.
• Knowledge/experience in Python – a strong advantage.
• Fluent Hebrew and professional-level English.
