We’re looking for an experienced System Analysis Team Lead to join a large-scale, complex technology environment within the financial sector.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining team management, professional ownership, complex system analysis, and end-to-end delivery.

🔹 Lead and professionally develop a team of System Analysts

🔹 Own end-to-end system analysis processes

🔹 Write and review complex business, functional & technical specifications

🔹 Define system solutions and functional architecture

🔹 Work closely with Product, Development, QA & business stakeholders

🔹 Drive professional standards, methodologies & best practices across the team

🎯 What we’re looking for:

✔️ 7+ years of experience in complex System Analysis – Must

✔️ 2–3+ years of experience managing a team of System Analysts – Must

✔️ Proven experience in financial markets, including stocks, options & financial products – Must

✔️ Strong experience with complex specifications, databases & data modeling

✔️ Experience working with complex, highly integrated systems

✔️ Experience in Agile / Scrum environments

✔️ Background in banks, insurance companies or investment houses – significant advantage

✔️ Familiarity with Microservices, APIs & Azure DevOps – advantage
