Rapyd is looking for a Global HRIS and HR Ops, in this position you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR department. You will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes, policies, and programs. Your focus will be on maintaining HR data management, managing employee records, and providing general HR support to employees and managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, execute and define HRIS processes and flows, including: employee onboarding, off-boarding, transfers, promotions, and other personnel changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve HR processes, policies, and workflows.
• Automate HR processes to improve efficiency and data integrity
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data integrity.
• Generate regular HR reports and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with the HR team to address HR tasks and bring processes to execution
• Manage HR Services globally in collaboration with relevant HR lead team members
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar role.
• Experience with project management/ HR operations roles
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and policies creation
• Experience with HRIS and other HR systems – A must, Hi-Bob experience – Advantage
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with HR analytics and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with payroll processes and systems.
