Spa Manager – Six Senses Tel Aviv (New Hotel Opening)

As Spa Manager, I will fully comprehend the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with themselves, others and the world around them and our values of local sensitivity and global sensibility, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsibility and caring, fun and quirky and pioneering wellness.

Duties And Responsibilities

As Spa Manager, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:

• Keeping abreast of industry trends and practices and updating knowledge and skills to improve the product and service offering.
• Continually focus on the rejuvenation of the spa experience.
• Spa treatments, exercise classes, and wellness facilities and equipment will be constantly assessed to remain relevant and in keeping with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices.
• Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
• Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
• Along with the Director of Wellness, lead and manage all aspects of the Spa team, including recruitment and onboarding, training and development, and host relations.
  
  

Qualifications

To execute the position of a Spa Manager, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills, and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results including the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years’ experience in similar luxury spas and health clubs with proven references. A hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
• Graduated or have a broad knowledge of anatomy and physiology, massage therapy, and beauty therapy at either NVQ, ITEC, or CIDESCO.
• Understanding and specialization of various beauty products, aesthetic appliances, their specifications, and uses. Knowledge in the use of facial, nail, or other beauty technology as required to fulfill spa treatments.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew.
• I must have the legal right to work in Israel at the time of application.
