PMO | Mertens – MalamTeam | Jerusalem

Mertens, part of MalamTeam, is looking for a PMO to join a leading organization in Jerusalem

The role is part of the Information and Computing Division and focuses on planning, control, project management methodologies, and supporting large-scale technology programs

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor departmental work plans, goals, execution, resources, and project risks

Develop, implement, and improve project management processes, methodologies, work plans, and Gantt charts

Work with project and portfolio management systems, analyze and optimize data, and produce management reports to support decision-making

Support project managers and implement Agile methodologies, with an emphasis on SCRUM

Work closely with project managers, senior management, business stakeholders, and Delivery teams

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in technology project management and control

Experience with BRM, including understanding business needs, translating requirements to Delivery teams, and reporting project status

Experience building, managing, and controlling large-scale work plans covering approximately 100 projects

Experience leading cross-organizational processes, including annual planning processes

Experience supporting project managers on large, complex, and high-budget projects

Knowledge and experience in technology project pricing, Gantt planning, and risk management

Experience aggregating and analyzing data to support management insights and decision-making

Experience working with project management systems

Knowledge and experience implementing Agile methodologies within project teams, preferably SCRUM

Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, What-If Analysis, and charts
