Frontend Manager

Frontend Tech Lead | Architecture | React | TypeScript

Mobile Group is a leading Israeli tech company specializing in Cyber-Embedded, AI & Data Mining, IoT, and Automotive Tech.

We are looking for an experienced and highly technical Front-End Tech Lead to lead a team of 3 Front-End developers and drive the design, architecture, and development of complex web applications.

In this role, you will serve as the team's technical authority, providing guidance, code reviews, mentoring, and architectural leadership while remaining deeply involved in hands-on development. You will play a key role in defining Front-End standards, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code.

This is an opportunity for a senior engineer who enjoys balancing technical leadership, architecture, and hands-on coding in a dynamic development environment.

What we’re looking for:

✔️7+ years of Front-End development experience, with strong expertise in React and TypeScript.

✔️Proven experience leading developers as a Tech Lead or Front-End technical authority.

✔️Strong background in designing and developing complex, large-scale web applications.

✔️Hands-on experience defining architecture, technical design, and development standards.

✔️Ability to combine technical leadership with active coding and code reviews.

✔️Solid understanding of modern Front-End architectures, design patterns, and best practices.

✔️Experience working with REST APIs, state management solutions, and performance optimization.
