Senior PPC Manager 

We’re looking for an experienced PPC specialist with deep expertise in Google Ads and a strong understanding of the comparison industry. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives on scale, testing, and measurable results.

If you’re excited about building and optimizing large-scale campaigns, owning performance end-to-end, and working closely with creative and technical teams, this role is for you!

What You’ll Own

• Google PPC Performance - Full ownership of Google Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube performance across multiple verticals, with a strong focus on ROI and lead quality.
• Campaign Execution & Optimization- Hands-on management of account structure, bidding strategies, keyword expansion, audience targeting, and ongoing optimization to drive profitable scale.
• Testing & Growth - Lead testing initiatives across creatives, landing pages, funnels, and bidding strategies. Turn insights into clear action plans.
• Data & Insights - Analyze performance daily, identify trends, and translate data into practical optimization steps in partnership with BI.
• Creative Collaboration - Work closely with the Creative Hub to improve ad messaging, formats, and funnel alignment for stronger performance.
• Team Contribution- Support and mentor junior PPC managers, share best practices, and help raise execution standards across the Google team.
• Platform & Partner Alignment - Maintain strong relationships with Google reps, stay on top of new features, betas, and industry changes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing international Google campaigns: Search, Display, DV360 and YouTube with monthly budgets exceeding 500k is a
• Set KPIs and ensure consistent achievement of performance targets.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Up-to-date with the latest Google AdWords features and algorithm changes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business, product, content, and creative teams to ensure alignment and drive growth.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical skills, confident working with performance data, advanced level of Excel including data functions, pivot tables, macros.
• Experience integrating AI into marketing workflows.
