A leading organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced BI Development Team Lead to lead a team of BI Developers while remaining hands on and technically involved.

This role is ideal for an experienced BI Developer with previous leadership experience who wants to combine people management, technical leadership, and hands on development in a complex Data environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead and professionally manage a team of BI Developers

• Own and manage the team's work plan, priorities, and technical deliverables

• Stay hands on and take an active part in BI development

• Design and develop complex ETL processes

• Extract and integrate data from multiple structured and unstructured sources

• Work with different databases and complex data environments

• Write and optimize advanced SQL queries

• Perform Data Modeling and Data Analysis

• Work with BI and reporting platforms such as Tableau, SAS, and similar tools

• Provide technical guidance and support to developers across the team

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of relevant professional development experience

• 5+ years of relevant BI and ETL development experience within the last 7 years

• Previous management or team leadership experience, preferably 1+ year

• Strong hands on approach and willingness to combine management with development

• Proven experience developing ETL processes

• Experience extracting and integrating data from multiple sources and database technologies

• Advanced SQL skills

• Experience with Data Modeling and Data Analysis

• Experience with Tableau, SAS, or similar BI and reporting platforms

Nice to Have

• Experience with Informatica Developer, significant advantage

• Experience with SingleStore

• Experience with SAS

Education

One of the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science

• Practical Engineering or relevant Computer Technology diploma

• At least 300 hours of professional Information Systems training

• Or 5+ years of general professional experience in IT
