PPC Campaign Manager

We're hiring 3 Campaign Managers into our performance team. One of them will have room to grow into a team lead.

What we do

We run paid acquisition in some of the most expensive, most contested auctions in Google Ads - service businesses across the US, Australia and Canada. Pure performance: every dollar is measured against a cost per lead, and the result shows up within the week.

What you'll do

• Own a portfolio of client accounts end to end - the campaigns, the budgets, and the decisions that grow them.
• Decide where each account goes next. Spot the opportunity, dig into the market, build the plan. This isn't an execution seat; the initiatives are the job.
• Be the client's main point of contact. Reporting, calls, and the conversations where you hold the line on strategy.
• Learn our verticals, tools and playbooks properly. We teach the platforms, and we're good at it. You bring the thinking.

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years hands-on in Google Ads. You built and optimized real campaigns yourself. Meta on top is a plus; Meta alone isn't a fit.
• Numbers feel natural to you. Given a performance drop, your instinct is why - and you know where to look.
• Fluent Hebrew and strong professional English. You'll be on client calls every week.
• Ownership. When something breaks, your first thought is what to do about it, and you flag it early rather than quietly hoping.
• Real hunger to get better. You want the feedback, and you act on it.
• Based within commuting distance of Tel Aviv. Three days a week in the office.
