Webbee Digital is a B2B marketing agency helping companies generate business opportunities and sales meetings through LinkedIn and outbound activities.

Our SDR team works on behalf of multiple B2B clients, engaging potential customers and converting relevant leads into qualified sales meetings.

Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in a hybrid role, with two team days per week in Haifa.

The role includes engaging potential customers, managing conversations, handling objections, and converting relevant leads into qualified sales meetings.

The role is focused mainly on written outreach and involves cold calling.

Requirements

• Strong communication and sales skills
• Excellent Hebrew and good English
• Experience in sales or client-facing roles - an advantage
• Comfortable handling rejection and working with targets
• Motivated, organized, and results-oriented
• B2B sales experience - an advantage
• Experience with LinkedIn or Sales Navigator - an advantage
