Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Tech Lead to serve as the ultimate technological authority for our frontend domain. In this role, you will lead a team of 3 Frontend Developers, driving the design, architecture, and development of complex, large-scale web systems. You will provide professional guidance, conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and spearhead architectural decisions, all while maintaining a significant hands-on development presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the leading technological authority for the Front-End domain.
• Lead the planning, architecture, and development of complex web systems.
• Provide professional guidance, conduct thorough code reviews, and mentor team members.
• Drive key architectural decisions while remaining deeply involved in hands-on development.

Job Requirements:

• At least 7 years of proven experience in Front-End development.
• Proven track record of leading Front-End teams or acting in a Tech Lead capacity.
• High expertise in development using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Significant experience in designing and developing complex, large-scale web applications.
• Deep understanding of Front-End architecture, Design Patterns, and software engineering best practices.
• Experience in defining technological solutions and authoring design and architecture documents.
• Hands-on experience in system design using architectural modeling tools (e.g., Draw.io, Lucidchart, Visio, or similar).
• Experience working with state management solutions, component-based architectures, and modern Front-End frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of core web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST APIs, and browser performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills, exceptional interpersonal communication, and natural technical leadership.
• Proven ability to seamlessly combine high-level technological leadership with actual hands-on development.

Significant Advantages:

• Experience with Micro-Frontends architecture.
• Familiarity with Design Systems and shared/reusable components.
• Familiarity with Grafana and working against various data sources.
