Project Quality Manager

The Missile and Space Systems Division is looking for a Project Quality Manager to join a mega project.

Responsibilities

• Leading quality activities throughout all stages of the project lifecycle: development, testing, manufacturing, and customer service

• Coordinating all multidisciplinary quality activities with Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, and the customer

• Demonstrating a broad, systems-level perspective

• Knowledge of quality standards, such as AS9100 and ISO 9000

• Developing and implementing a Quality Plan

• Managing review and deviation committees, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

• Approving reviews and milestones for CCBs

• Coordinating Quality Engineering activities, including reliability, safety, and maintainability

• Coordinating qualification evidence and environmental conditions testing

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace / Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics / Materials Engineering – required

• At least 3 years of experience in Engineering / Quality Engineering – required

• Experience in the defense/aerospace industry – a significant advantage

• Experience with Design Transfer from Development to Manufacturing – an advantage

• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) – an advantage

• High level of English proficiency

• Excellent interpersonal skills
