About Us

Caura.ai is building the memory layer for AI agents, enabling enterprises to deploy AI with shared, governed, persistent memory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage enterprise prospects.
• Generate and manage Design Partner opportunities.
• Own the sales process end-to-end, from initial outreach through signed NDAs and Design Partner agreements.
• Schedule meetings, manage follow-ups, and maintain the sales pipeline.
• Work directly with the CEO and leadership team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in SDR, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
• Previous startup experience is required.
• Background in AI, SaaS, or enterprise technology is a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated.

Employment

• Temporary position (3–5 months) with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance.
