Founding Engineer

An early-stage, innovative Digital Health & Mental Health startup founded by elite Israeli intelligence tech alumni.

The company develops an AI-driven therapeutic platform that orchestrates guided peer-to-peer emotional support, mediated by intelligent psychological AI agents.

Following a successful Pre-Seed funding round, the company operates with a high-caliber founding team of under 10 professionals in Israel.

Located in central Tel Aviv (walking distance from both Israel Railways and light-rail stations), operating on a full-time, on-site work model.

Role Description-

• Joining the founding engineering group as a Principal / Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Core Team), reporting directly to the Founders and taking ownership of building core platform architectures from scratch.
• Delivering end-to-end features with a balanced ~50/50 split between Backend and Frontend engineering.
• Developing scalable backend services and data pipelines using Python (alongside Node.js/Go) on AWS Cloud infrastructure.
• Designing and implementing responsive user interfaces and interactive web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Architecting and deploying Autonomous AI Agents, LLM integration workflows, and intelligent conversational pipelines.

Requirements-

• 8 years of hands-on software development experience specializing in Full-Stack Engineering – Mandatory
• Deep, production-grade proficiency in backend development with Python (or Node.js / Go) – Mandatory
• Strong, hands-on frontend development experience with React and TypeScript – Mandatory
• Proven background working in early-stage Startups or fast-paced B2B/B2C SaaS companies – Mandatory
• Hands-on experience architecting and deploying applications on modern Cloud platforms (AWS) – Mandatory
• Practical experience or strong passion for AI Agents, LLM orchestration, and GenAI workflows – Significant Advantage
