English Social Media Coordinator

We're looking for a sharp, media-savvy communicator who lives and breathes both geopolitics and the language of social, and who knows how to make the two collide.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own and grow accounts across multiple social platforms (voice, look, and feel).
• Create and schedule content across every format: text, video, visuals.
• Turn complex political and policy issues into content that lands, for different audiences.
• Build and run proactive campaigns from the first idea to the final post.
• Spot the moment, react fast, and ride the conversations that matter.
• Monitor media coverage and turn the data into your next move.
• Advise our team on media strategy, identifying opportunities, getting coverage, sharpening their message.
• Shape our social strategy from the ground up: research, benchmarking, messaging, audience segmentation.
• Track, analyse, and act on analytics and performance data.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate campaigns and expand reach.
• Use AI tools — including Claude, Grok, Canva, and others — to produce and edit text, video, and visual content at scale.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Master's-level student (or equivalent) in political science, economics, or a related field.
• Solid grounding in media, journalism, and advocacy ecosystems.
• Curiosity, initiative, and the instinct to go deep on a topic fast.
