Information Technology Support Engineer

Role Description This full-time Information Technology Support Engineer role is a hybrid position based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. The role involves providing end-user and infrastructure support, including diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and escalating complex incidents when necessary. The Information Technology Support Engineer will handle help desk requests, manage user accounts and permissions, perform routine system administration tasks, and maintain documentation of systems, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Additional responsibilities include monitoring system performance, applying updates and patches, supporting onboarding and offboarding activities, and collaborating with internal teams to improve IT processes and service quality.
Qualifications

• Strong Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills, including experience handling tickets and providing timely resolutions.
• Solid foundation in Information Technology and System Administration, with experience managing user accounts, devices, and basic network configurations.
• Proficient Troubleshooting abilities for hardware, software, and connectivity issues in Windows, Linux, and common business applications.
• Relevant education or certifications in IT (e.g., computer science degree, CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft or Linux certifications) are beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and document processes accurately.
• Experience with virtualization, storage, security tools, or DevOps practices is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; Hebrew language skills are beneficial for local collaboration.
