PMO - Electromechanical Projects

SGF Global is looking for an experienced PMO to support electromechanical installation and construction projects at a client site in Kiryat Gat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager and monitor overall project progress.
• Build, update, and track project work plans and schedules.
• Monitor tasks, milestones, deadlines, and project deliverables.
• Coordinate between the Project Manager, site teams, Engineering, Procurement, and Logistics.
• Prepare status reports, analyze gaps, and provide an up-to-date overview of project progress.
• Track deliveries, equipment, and materials required for project execution.
• Manage and maintain project documentation and update relevant information systems.
• Support the resolution of operational issues and follow up on action items with all relevant stakeholders.
• Work on-site and maintain ongoing communication with the client.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in PMO, Project Controls, or Project Coordination – Must.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, electromechanical, or industrial projects – Strong advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office – Must.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or a similar project management system – Advantage.
• Experience with Priority ERP – Advantage.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings – Advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple interfaces and priorities in a dynamic project environment.
• Good level of English.
