Integration Engineer (533433)

Malam Team is looking for an experienced Integration Engineer to join the technology team of a large global organization.

In this role, you will design, build, and maintain complex integrations and automation workflows, primarily using Workato. You will work closely with integration engineers, developers, Operations, and business stakeholders to automate processes, connect systems, and deliver reliable, scalable integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain integrations and automated workflows using Workato
• Automate business processes by connecting internal systems and third-party applications
• Design and implement complex, scalable integration solutions
• Integrate and deploy AI-powered solutions to enhance business processes
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and support existing integrations
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Take ownership of integration solutions throughout their lifecycle

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workato
• Experience working with large-scale, mission-critical, or complex business workflows
• Strong understanding of API principles and integration technologies, including REST and SOAP
• Experience working with databases and query languages such as SQL / SOQL
• Experience writing custom logic using Workato, including Formulas and Code Steps
• Proven experience building integrations with Salesforce and Zuora
• Experience implementing integration solutions in large organizations
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into clear technical integration designs
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
• Fast learner with a passion for new technologies and continuous improvement
