Junior System Administrator

We are looking for a Junior System Administrator to join our IT team. This is a hands-on role involving IT infrastructure operations and maintenance, troubleshooting, technical support, and an excellent opportunity to grow and develop within the System Administration and Infrastructure field.

Job Description:

The role includes operating, maintaining, and improving the organization’s IT infrastructure, working with servers and Microsoft 365 environments, virtualization environments, backup and recovery systems, networks, and information security. In addition, the position involves troubleshooting, user and permissions management, working with external vendors, writing procedures and technical documentation, and participating in processes aimed at improving the organization’s IT infrastructure. The position reports to the IT Manager and offers an excellent opportunity to develop within the System Administration field.

Requirements:

• Approximately 1 year of experience in System Administration / IT - Mandatory
• Previous experience in a Help Desk / Technical Support role - Mandatory
• Experience working with and managing Microsoft 365 environments - Mandatory
• Familiarity with virtualization environments
• Good understanding of communication networks
• Experience in troubleshooting and technical support
• Familiarity with information security systems – Advantage
• Familiarity with backup and recovery systems – Advantage
