 The Role 

 We are looking for a motivated, tech-savvy, and hands-on Junior System & Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT team and help us operate, automate, and continuously improve our Windows and Linux infrastructure. 

 In this role, You will work closely with experienced engineers, receive hands-on guidance, and gradually take ownership of infrastructure tasks and automation projects. You will take part in supporting and improving our on-premises and cloud environments, developing automation, and leveraging modern technologies and AI-assisted tools to make infrastructure operations faster, smarter, and more efficient. 

 The IT team is composed of strong and experienced professionals responsible for defining Final’s IT strategy and managing the company’s on-premises and public cloud IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities 

•  Support, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux server environments across the organization. 
• Support and operate Final’s IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. 
• Work with configuration management and automation tools to deploy, configure, and maintain systems at scale. 
• Develop scripts, tools, and automation, leveraging AI-assisted technologies where relevant, to improve IT operations, streamline workflows, and reduce manual work. 
• Learn, evaluate, and experiment with new technologies, tools, and approaches that can improve IT

• 1–2 years of experience in System Administration, Infrastructure, or a similar technical role. 
• Hands-on experience administering Windows or Linux servers, with basic familiarity with the other and a strong motivation to deepen expertise in both. 
• Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar languages. 
• Good understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs. 
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Technical curiosity and a strong motivation to learn, experiment, and develop professionally. 
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. 

Advantages

• Strong coding or scripting skills, with a passion for building tools and automating infrastructure operations. 
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to solve technical problems and improve infrastructure operations. 
• Experience with configuration management and automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or similar. 
• Knowledge of DNS infrastructure and troubleshooting. 
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring and observability tools and practices. 
• Experience working in large-scale or complex IT environments.
