AI Growth Solution Architect

Operad is an AI-First marketing solutions company. For over 18 years, we have been a leading digital marketing agency, driving measurable business impact through SEO, GEO, paid campaigns, data analytics, and on-demand creative. Now, we are expanding our growth infrastructure. We have launched a dedicated AI Solutions and Business Automation division designed to solve real sales and marketing challenges through intelligent systems, not just tactics.

This role is the technical engine of our new division. You will own the entire journey from client diagnosis and technical scoping to the hands-on build, project management, and deployment of scalable AI infrastructure. We build robust business architectures using advanced logic, custom code, and automated solutions tailored to our clients' exact workflows.

You will turn solution architectures into deployed, functional systems. This role combines end-to-end project and client management with deep technical execution. You are accountable for turning sales and marketing friction into automated architectures. You will manage the timeline, own the client relationship, write the scripts, connect the APIs, and ensure the machinery runs flawlessly to drive measurable business impact.

🔹 Client & Project Management

• Lead discovery sessions to deeply understand sales and marketing operations.
• Map project lifecycles, define milestones, set clear timelines, and ensure flawless execution from scoping to launch.
• Serve as the primary technical and commercial point of contact for clients, managing stakeholders and aligning expectations.
• Present complex technical architectures in clear, ROI-oriented business language.

🔹 Hands-On Build & AI Engineering

• Design and implement end-to-end automations using Make.com and n8n.
• Write custom functions in JavaScript or Python to manipulate data and bridge API gaps.
• Implement sophisticated AI chains and automated business solutions using OpenAI and Claude APIs.
• Utilize advanced developer tools like Claude Code to accelerate deployment and optimize custom scripts.
• Integrate voice synthesis and conversational pipelines using ElevenLabs.

🔹 Data Architecture & Optimization

• Structure and maintain databases in Airtable, Postgres, or Google Sheets as backends.
• Connect disparate business systems via REST APIs, Webhooks, and GraphQL.
• Monitor active scenarios, debug system errors, and optimize workflows for speed and cost-efficiency.

• Core Automation: Make.com (Integromat) and n8n at an expert level. Advanced logic, iterators, and JSON parsing are mandatory.
• AI & LLMs: Deep hands-on experience building with LLMs, prompt optimization, context window management, and structured outputs.
• Specialized Tools: Claude Code for development velocity and ElevenLabs for voice and audio integrations.
• Coding & APIs: Proficiency in JavaScript or Python for custom nodes. Deep understanding of REST, Webhooks, and API authentication.
• Data Management: Airtable, Postgres, SQL basics, and advanced Google Sheets.

• Technical Experience: 2 to 3 years in a technical role such as Backend Developer, Automation Specialist, or Technical Implementation.
• Project Management Experience: 1+ years of experience owning project lifecycles, managing client deliverables, setting scopes, and driving timelines under pressure.
• Client Management Expertise: Proven track record of managing client relationships independently. You are highly comfortable leading strategic technical conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Languages: Native Hebrew is an absolute must. Fluent English is required for global client communication and technical documentation.
• LLM Expertise: Hands-on experience building with LLMs, prompt optimization, and structured outputs.
• Domain Knowledge (Big Advantage): A strong understanding of marketing funnels, sales pipelines, and revenue operations. You know how marketing drives revenue.
• The Builder Mindset: You are a troubleshooter who reads documentation independently and loves turning an architectural diagram into a working reality.
