At Super Group, the NYSE-listed parent company behind Betway and Jackpot City, we're looking for a Paid Social Specialist to join our growing marketing team.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in paid social media buying and exposure to performance-driven industries such as iGaming, Gaming, Nutra, or Dating. You'll work across some of the world's biggest social platforms, helping to execute, optimise, and scale campaigns that drive real business impact.

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Supporting campaign setup and execution across Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other paid social platforms

✅ Testing audiences, creatives, and campaign strategies to improve performance

✅ Monitoring campaign results and identifying optimisation opportunities

✅ Managing reporting, dashboards, and performance insights

✅ Supporting tracking implementation, including pixels, events, and UTM tagging

✅ Working closely with creative, analytics, and tracking teams to maximise campaign performance

✅ Keeping up to date with the latest paid social trends, platform updates, and best practices

What We're Looking For

✔ Experience in paid social media buying or digital performance marketing

✔ Exposure to iGaming, Gaming, Nutra, Dating, or other performance marketing verticals

✔ Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager

✔ Understanding of key performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and CVR

✔ Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

✔ Confidence working with campaign data, reports, and spreadsheets

✔ Excellent organisational and communication skills

⭐ Online gaming, casino, or sports betting experience

⭐ Experience with Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or Google Tag Manager

⭐ Understanding of gambling regulations and compliance

⭐ Exposure to international campaigns and multiple markets
