Red Team Specialist

We are looking for a Red Team Specialist to join a leading organization and drive offensive security initiatives. In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing multi-stage attack scenarios, executing penetration testing, and testing enterprise defenses against real-world threat actors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute end-to-end adversary emulations across complex environments (Cloud, On-Prem, Hybrid)
• Conduct deep-dive infrastructure and application security assessments
• Challenge existing EDR/XDR controls by bypassing defense mechanisms and security filters
• Partner with cross-functional teams to help bridge security gaps and improve overall security strategies

What You Bring:

• 3+ years in Red Team operations and offensive security in enterprise environments - Must
• Deep technical understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK matrix - Must
• Extensive hands-on experience exploiting Active Directory & Entra ID environments - Must
• Solid background in bypassing EDR/XDR controls and security testing - Must
• Strong fundamentals across both Windows and Linux OS environments - Must
