An excellent opportunity to be part of the leading advisory team within PwC Israel and in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Managing financial due diligence assignments as part of an M&A process
- Providing professional advice to clients regarding key deal issues and purchase price considerations
- Working in a dynamic and exciting environment alongside a team of professionals and fascinating clients
Requirements:
- CPA - must
- Relevant transactions advisory experience (M&A) including involvement in financial due diligence processes in a Big4/large consulting firm or other relevant experience.
- Excellent working English – written and spoken
- Advanced Excel and AI skills
- High analytical skills and strong business and commercial orientation
- Prior experience managing employees and client relationships- advantage
