Senior AI Product Manager | Shfela Region

Mertens - MalamTeam is looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to join a leading enterprise in the Shfela Region. This is a unique opportunity to lead innovative AI products from strategy through implementation while working with cross-functional business, clinical, and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead AI products and research initiatives end-to-end, from vision and strategy through research, specification, development, implementation, and product success measurement

Collaborate with clinical, business, and technology stakeholders to define product direction and priorities

Build and manage product roadmaps aligned with business objectives

Write detailed PRDs and define both functional and non-functional requirements

Lead product implementation, user adoption, and organizational change management initiatives

Requirements

6+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 3 years managing complex products

Hands-on experience managing Data, AI/ML, or Artificial Intelligence-based products

Experience writing Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and defining functional and non-functional requirements

Proven experience building product roadmaps, defining KPIs, and managing the full product lifecycle end-to-end

Experience leading implementation processes, user training, and change management within complex organizations, with healthcare industry experience considered an advantage
