A leading defense company is looking for a Help Desk Technician to join its IT team.

This is a great opportunity for candidates at the beginning of their IT career, including former military Network Administrators looking to transition into the civilian market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Help Desk support to company employees

• Install software and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues

• Set up desktop and laptop computers

• Work with Active Directory

• Support the implementation of new IT systems

• Participate in cross-organizational IT projects

Requirements:

• At least one year of Help Desk experience, or approximately two years of relevant military experience as a Network Administrator - mandatory

• Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows 10

• Familiarity with Windows 11

• Experience working with Active Directory

• Ability to learn quickly and work independently

• Strong teamwork and customer service skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability

• Good knowledge of Linux - an advantage
