Commercial & Operations Assistant | ABS (Photographic Equipment Importer)

ABS, a leading importer of broadcast and AV equipment, is looking for a key team member to work closely with our CCO and serve as a true partner in managing the company’s day-to-day commercial operations.

This is not a traditional administrative role—it is a cross-functional position carrying significant responsibility, real impact, and direct exposure to the worlds of commerce, procurement, and pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and updating price lists and pricing structures
• 
  
• Conducting market and competitor price analyses
• 
  
• Issuing and tracking purchase orders (POs) with suppliers
• 
  
• Managing ongoing communications with domestic and international suppliers
• 
  
• Assisting with commercial and operational tasks, including e-commerce site operations
• 
  
• Maintaining organizational efficiency, quality control, and daily task management

Requirements:

• Highly organized, sharp, and detail-oriented
• 
  
• Proven ability to multitask effectively under pressure
• 
  
• Strong numerical agility and proficiency in Excel (significant advantage)
• 
  
• Experience with SAP software (a distinct advantage)
• 
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and stakeholder management
• 
  
• Proactive mindset, high personal accountability, and the ability to work independently
• 
  
• Prior experience in a similar role within procurement, operations, or commerce (advantage)
