We're looking for an experienced PPC Specialist to join our performance marketing team and help drive acquisition and growth across international markets.

What You'll Be Doing

As our PPC Specialist, you'll own and optimise high-performance campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring every marketing dollar delivers measurable impact.

You'll be responsible for:

✅ Planning, executing, and optimising campaigns across:

• Google Search
• Google Display
• YouTube
• Universal App Campaigns (UAC)
• Apple Search Ads (ASA)
• Other PPC channels as required

✅ Driving ROI through:

• Budget management
• Bid strategy optimisation
• Campaign scaling
• Performance analysis

✅ Managing:

• Conversion tracking and attribution
• Compliance with platform and iGaming regulations
• Keyword research and audience targeting
• Ad copy testing and optimisation
• Reporting and performance insights

✅ Collaborating with:

• Creative teams
• Analytics teams
• Compliance stakeholders
• Marketing leadership

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Proven experience as a PPC Specialist or Performance Marketer
• Strong hands-on Google Ads experience (Search, YouTube, UAC)
• Apple Search Ads experience
• iGaming industry experience
• Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, and analytics
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on optimisation and ROI
• Experience working within regulated advertising environments

Bonus Points For:

• Sports betting industry knowledge
• Online casino or gaming experience
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer, or Adjust
• Multi-market campaign management experience
• Customer retention marketing exposure
• Knowledge of gambling regulations across multiple jurisdictions
