Demand Planner (Temporary Position)

Location: Airport City, Israel

Contract Type: Temporary Position (Maternity Leave Cover)

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days from the office, 2 days from home)

Join Unilever Israel's Supply Chain team in a key role that combines analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and direct impact on product availability, service levels, and business planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) forecasting process.

• Collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, and other Supply Chain functions.

• Participate in and lead demand review meetings, capacity planning discussions, and product development coordination.

• Drive achievement of operational and business KPIs, including forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory targets.

• Develop, maintain, and analyze reports and operational metrics to support business decision-making.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production capabilities, service levels, and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For:

•Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.

• 1-2 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Experience working with advanced information systems; SAP experience is a strong advantage.

• High level of English proficiency.

• Advanced Excel skills.

• Strong analytical and data analysis capabilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

• Self-motivated learner with a collaborative, service-oriented mindset.
