Social Media & Community Manager

Union Motors, Toyota’s exclusive importer in Israel, is a leading force in the Israeli automotive industry, driving innovation, excellence, and the future of mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the brand’s social media activity across multiple platforms.
• Develop and execute customer community strategies, from concept and community building through to ongoing management.
• Lead and create content initiatives, including hands-on production and management of external partners such as agencies, content creators, and influencers.
• Take a hands-on role in producing mid-scale events and manage production companies for large-scale events.
• Lead cross-functional marketing projects and collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders, including Sales, Product, IT, Operations, advertising agencies, and production companies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree – required.
• 5+ years of experience in social media management – required.
• Proven experience managing social media and digital activity at both a strategic and hands-on level – required.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and budgets – required.
• Experience in community management or event production – a significant advantage.
• Excellent marketing copywriting skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Strong hands-on skills in independently shooting and editing high-quality social media content
