Senior Financial Analyst – Project Finance & Business Control

For one of our clients, an established company operating in the infrastructure sector, we are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst or experienced CPA to join its finance team.

The role combines complex financial modelling, project finance, tender pricing, and ongoing business control. It offers significant involvement in evaluating infrastructure projects and supporting key financial and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build complex financial models for infrastructure projects and investments.
• Price tenders and prepare the financial components of project proposals.
• Develop BOT, PPP, and project finance models.
• Conduct feasibility studies, sensitivity analyses, and scenario modelling.
• Provide budgetary control and financial oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare forecasts, performance analyses, and management reports.
• Work closely with senior management, project managers, and the Engineering, Business Development, and Finance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Accounting.
• At least 3 years of relevant economic or financial experience.
• Proven experience building complex financial models.
• Experience in budgetary control and the financial oversight of projects.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems.
• High-level English proficiency.

Significant Advantages

• Experience in infrastructure, EPC, energy, water, BOT, PPP, or another project-based business.
• Experience in investment analysis or company and project valuations.
• Familiarity with IFRIC 12.
