HR Generalist

As our HR Generalist, you'll play a key role in shaping the employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle while ensuring effective HR practices, operational excellence, and a supportive, people-first culture.

Working closely with managers across the organization, you'll lead a broad range of HR activities, drive key People processes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR practices, tools, and employee experience.

Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Management

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employment changes, and off boarding.
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, from opening positions through hiring and employee onboarding.  
• Prepare employment documentation and support employee transitions throughout their employment.

Employee Experience & Welfare

• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, company events, recognition programs, and welfare initiatives.
• Coordinate learning and development activities, including internal and external training programs.
• Prepare HR communications related to employee programs and initiatives.

Performance Management

• Coordinate the organization's performance review process, including timelines, communications, and system administration.
• Support managers and employees throughout the performance management cycle.
• Monitor completion and maintain performance-related documentation.

Employee Relations

• Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies and employment-related matters.
• Support managers throughout employee-related processes while ensuring consistency and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Handle sensitive HR matters with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

HR Operations & Employee Administration

• Maintain employee records, HR systems, and employment documentation.
• Support payroll preparation by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of HR data.
• Prepare HR reports as needed and maintain accurate employee information.

HR Compliance

• Ensure compliance with labor legislation, company policies, and HR procedures.
• Support HR aspects of organizational compliance programs, including mandatory training, policy acknowledgments, audits, and frameworks such as SOC 2.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation to support compliance and audit requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a broad HR Generalist role (or similar), with hands-on responsibility across multiple HR disciplines
• Experience serving as the sole HR function – advantage
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of positions, including technical, business, and corporate functions
• Solid knowledge of Israeli labor law and HR best practices
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, automate workflows, and enhance HR processes
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple HR activities simultaneously
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a proactive, hands-on approach
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Familiarity with HR compliance and regulated environments (e.g., SOC 2, ISO standards, audits, or similar compliance frameworks) – advantage
• Fluent Hebrew and English, both written and spoken
