We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to help users get the most out of enterprise technologies and digital tools.

The role combines Customer Success, digital adoption, training, and implementation in a technology driven environment.

What You'll Do

• Support users throughout the adoption of new systems and technologies

• Understand user needs and help turn them into an effective digital experience

• Lead training and implementation processes

• Build adoption and training programs

• Lead training and implementation teams

• Work with SAP S/4HANA and AI tools including Gemini, Copilot, and Claude

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, system implementation, training, or a similar technology focused role

• Formal training and strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, required

• Familiarity with AI tools, particularly Gemini

• Experience leading training and implementation processes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
