Business Analyst JB-5415

A leading FinTech startup is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join its team and lead the analysis, development, and presentation of business performance metrics using advanced BI and CRM systems.

As part of the role, you will work with CRM systems, BI tools, and AI, build dashboards, perform data cleansing and analysis, and work closely with managers and teams across the organization.

The role includes identifying trends, generating business insights, presenting data to management, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management / Economics / Mathematics / Statistics / Information Systems Engineering, or a similar field, or relevant experience from a technological unit.
• 2–3 years of experience as an Analyst.
• Expertise in Excel – mandatory.
• Experience working with BI systems such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik – mandatory.
• Experience working with SQL – an advantage.
• Experience using and implementing AI tools – mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High analytical capabilities.
• Accuracy, thoroughness, and strong attention to detail.
