Integration Engineer

We are looking for a Software & Hardware Integration Engineer to join the Software Division at ELTA Systems, Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI).

The position includes:

• Supporting software and hardware integration processes for complex naval radar systems

• Performing software and system-level testing in development and integration laboratories

• Installing and integrating systems at customer sites in Israel and abroad

• Working in both laboratory and field environments

• Collaborating with software, hardware, systems, and testing teams throughout the integration lifecycle

• Troubleshooting complex integration issues and supporting system bring-up and deployment

What we’re looking for:

• Practical Engineer diploma in Software Engineering or B.Sc. in Computer Science – Mandatory

• At least 1 year of experience in software/hardware systems integration – Mandatory

• Hands-on development experience in C++ and/or Python – Mandatory

• Experience in software testing – Advantage

• Experience with operating systems such as VxWorks and/or Linux – Advantage

• Strong systems-level understanding and ability to see the big picture

• Willingness and ability to travel abroad – Mandatory

• Good command of English, both written and spoken – Mandatory

• Strong interpersonal and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work effectively in a small multidisciplinary team
