Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rishon LeZion. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness and support investor engagement. Daily tasks include developing and executing social media strategies, writing posts and captions in alignment with the company’s voice, and optimizing content for reach and engagement. The Social Media Manager will manage community interactions, respond to messages and comments, coordinate with internal stakeholders to promote projects and updates, and monitor performance metrics. The role also involves staying up to date with social media trends in real estate and investment, proposing new content ideas, and preparing regular reports and insights for management.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Writing skills.
• Candidates should possess experience in Content Strategy and planning for social media channels.
• Experience managing brand presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok is beneficial.
• Ability to analyze social media metrics, prepare reports, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience in real estate, investments, or related industries is an advantage.
• Relevant academic background or professional training in marketing, communications, or digital media is preferred.
