QA Engineer

A market-leading, globally established MedTech enterprise specializing in advanced surgical simulation systems and medical training technologies.

The company designs complex multidisciplinary simulators combining hardware, software, real-time tracking sensors, and high-fidelity VR/AR interfaces used by premier medical institutions and medical device manufacturers worldwide.

Highly stable and profitable, the company operates globally with 300 employees, maintaining its primary R&D engine in Israel with approximately 160 professionals.

Located operating on a hybrid work model.

Role Description-

• Joining the System QA team to perform hands-on manual testing on complex, multidisciplinary simulator systems.
• Executing End-to-End (E2E) system integration testing bridging hardware components and software environments.
• Hands-on testing with physical hardware interfaces: Joysticks, tracking sensors, VR headsets, feedback controllers, and Windows-based application software.
• Authoring comprehensive test documentation, including STP (System Test Plan), STD (System Test Description), and STR (System Test Result).
• Managing bug lifecycles using Jira and collaborating closely with R&D, Hardware, and Product engineering teams.

Requirements-

• 3+ years of hands-on Manual QA experience testing multidisciplinary systems combining Hardware and Software – Mandatory
• Proven QA background in complex physical/integrated domains: Medical Devices, Medical Simulators, Aviation Simulators, Drones, Autonomous Vehicles, Robotics, or Gaming hardware – Mandatory
• Proven experience in System, Integration, and End-to-End (E2E) testing methodology – Mandatory
• Experience writing formal QA documentation (STP, STD, STR) – Mandatory
• Practical experience working with issue-tracking and QA platforms (Jira) – Mandatory
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English – Mandatory
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system behaviors, analyze physical/software interactions, and communicate effectively with cross-functional technical teams – Mandatory
