Sales Business Development Manager

We are a global Hi-tech company looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team and help expand our SaaS solutions. You will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth while working closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships.
• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Develop relationships with enterprise customers, partners, and distributors.
• Present our solutions to prospective customers.
• Collaborate with Product teams to align customer needs with product capabilities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
• Experience selling into the retail industry-Must
• Strong understanding of SaaS solutions.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Fluent English.
