Are you an experienced SOC Analyst ready to take the next step into a leadership role?

A large organization in Dimona is looking for a SOC Team Lead to join its Cyber Security Operations Center.

This is an excellent opportunity for SOC professionals with approximately 3 years of hands on experience who are ready to grow into their first team leadership position.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional leadership to the SOC team

• Manage day to day SOC activities and team assignments

• Support and mentor SOC Analysts

• Monitor, investigate, and respond to cyber security incidents

• Handle complex security events and escalations

• Work with SIEM platforms and security tools

• Drive continuous improvement of detection and response processes

• Collaborate with Cyber Security, IT, and other technology teams

Requirements

• Approximately 3 years of hands on SOC experience

• Experience monitoring, investigating, and responding to cyber security incidents

• Familiarity with SIEM platforms and security tools

• Strong technical and analytical capabilities

• Motivation to grow into a leadership position

• Strong communication, ownership, and teamwork skills
