Import Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Import Coordinator to join our Import & Logistics team. This is a key role responsible for managing the end-to-end import process, working closely with international suppliers and cross-functional teams while ensuring accuracy, timely execution, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire import process from purchase order through final delivery.
• Open, manage, and close import files.
• Work closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping providers (air and sea freight).
• Monitor and coordinate customs clearance processes.
• Track and control import-related costs and prepare relevant reports.
• Maintain ongoing communication with international suppliers in English.
• Process payments and coordinate financial matters with overseas suppliers.
• Work with ERP systems in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar import coordination role - required.
• Previous experience in the fashion or retail industry - a significant advantage.
• Experience working with international suppliers and global partners - required.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas - required.
• Excellent English communication skills (written, spoken, and reading) - required.
• Experience working with an ERP system - an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
