Business Intelligence Team Lead

What will you do

• Direct management of approximately 8 developers
• Responsibility for project developments and team tasks – planning, building, and validating work plans
• Architecture of processes, guiding and mentoring developers
• Coaching and supporting junior/less experienced employees
• Leading development methodologies and processes and ensuring their implementation
• Working with multiple interfaces and stakeholders

What will you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering & Management
• Deep familiarity with Informatica; hands-on experience in Informatica development
• At least 3 years of experience in a technological DWH/BI/Data role within a large enterprise organization
• Strong knowledge of BI/Data methodologies
• High-level proficiency in SQL; familiarity with PL/SQL is an advantage
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a DWH Development Team Lead – experience as a DWH Team Lead is mandatory
• Basic familiarity with on-premises data infrastructure, including databases and ETL processes
• Experience with innovative technologies is an advantage (Python, Lakehouse, Cloud, Airflow, Tenzor)
