Customer Community & Social Media Manager

We're looking for a creative, proactive, and highly motivated Customer Community & Social Media Manager to lead the development, management, and growth of our investor communities.

In this role, you'll serve as a key connection between our customers and the organization, creating meaningful engagement opportunities across multiple audiences while working closely with our Marketing, Trading, Customer Service, and Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's customer communication strategy across multiple platforms.
• Identify customer needs and opportunities to create an engaging, long-term community experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer needs with business objectives.
• Manage ongoing communication with existing and prospective customers across all digital channels.
• Monitor online conversations, identify trends, and provide timely, professional responses.
• Work with external vendors, managing projects, budgets, deliverables, and performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Community Management – required.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
• Familiarity with the investment industry and capital markets – a significant advantage.
