At Pic-Time, we help photographers deliver beautiful client experiences while growing successful businesses through thoughtfully designed gallery, marketing, and sales tools.

We're looking for a creative and organized Social Media Associate to join our Marketing team on a part-time maternity leave cover. You'll help manage our day-to-day social media presence, engage with our global community of photographers, and create content that reflects our brand.

• Manage day-to-day community engagement across social platforms, primarily Instagram.
• Schedule and publish content according to the content calendar.
• Help plan monthly content calendars and contribute creative ideas.

• Experience managing social media for a brand or business.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with strong copywriting abilities.
• Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable learning new digital products and communicating their value.
• Photography industry experience or familiarity is a strong advantage.
• Experience using Pic-Time is a plus.

• Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week).
• Temporary maternity leave replacement.
• Preference for candidates based in Israel or Europe.
• Daytime availability required, with additional flexibility during busy campaigns and peak seasons.
