Z21 Projects is an implementation company delivering end-to-end operational solutions in complex and sensitive environments – logistics, infrastructure, facilities, personnel, and technology. We work alongside international defense, government, and enterprise clients across Israel and the region, on projects where timelines are fixed and precision is a requirement.

Role Description

You will own the client relationship across its full lifecycle – characterizing client needs, initiating opportunities, and advancing them through to delivery. This includes coordinating with our procurement department, as well as with vendors and suppliers, on execution, and keeping every side aligned on status.

Our clients are English-speaking, and this is the daily working language – written and spoken. The role sits at the intersection of people and process: it requires genuine service orientation, strong interpersonal skills, and the discipline to keep moving parts organized under real deadlines.

Key Requirements

▸ Bachelor's degree

▸ High-level written and spoken English

▸ Strong working knowledge of Excel

▸ Experience working with AI tools

▸ Familiarity with Monday.com is an advantage

▸ Excellent interpersonal skills, with a high standard of service orientation

▸ Experience working with vendors, suppliers, and procurement processes is an advantage
