Social Media Manager

Background

Centenario Hedge Fund is in the advanced stages of establishment and is currently completing the infrastructure required to commence operations. The Fund is intended exclusively for qualified investors.

The Fund’s investment management is led by Emil Goldfarb, Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer (CIO), who has more than ten years of experience in capital markets, investment management, research, and risk management.

The Fund’s team works from its offices on the 30th floor of the Life Towers in Bnei Brak, in a professional and dynamic working environment.

The Fund is seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to lead the social media activity of the Fund, its executives, and its podcast.

• Assist in developing the social media strategy and planning content for the Fund’s, its executives’, and the podcast’s pages.
• Collect, process, and adapt professional source materials, including podcast episodes, articles, interviews, videos, and other content.
• Write, edit, adapt, upload, and publish content across various platforms, including posts, short-form videos, quotations, and newsletter content.
• Manage the ongoing activity of the Fund’s, its executives’, and the podcast’s social media pages and digital assets.
• Manage and coordinate the ongoing work with the public relations agency and with consultants and service providers in the areas of social media, LinkedIn, design, podcast production, and digital promotion.
• Work closely with the podcast production and editing teams to receive source materials, process them, and adapt them for publication across the Fund’s and its executives’ various platforms and digital assets.
• Monitor the reach and performance of podcast episodes, analyze viewing and listening patterns, and develop recommendations for improving reach, distribution, and engagement.

• At least two years of hands-on experience managing social media pages and creating, editing, and publishing social media content for a company, brand, or organization.
• Excellent Hebrew writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Good command of English, including the ability to read, understand, and write professional content.
• Ability to independently manage a work plan, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and monitor task completion.
• Strong technological orientation and the ability to quickly learn new digital systems and tools.

• Experience creating professional content for business and financial audiences, including senior executives and high-net-worth individuals.
• Familiarity with capital markets and the investment industry, particularly investment funds or financial institutions.
• Experience using systems for managing, scheduling, and measuring social media activity, as well as CRM systems.
• Experience promoting podcasts and producing short-form content from recorded or filmed material.
• Experience editing videos and creating visual content using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Experience working with public relations agencies and content providers.

• Location: Life Towers, 30th floor, Bnei Brak.
• Position scope: Between part-time and full-time, Sunday through Thursday. The exact scope will be determined individually based on the Fund’s needs and the candidate’s suitability.
