Comblack is hiring a Cloud Cybersecurity Researcher!

In this role, you will conduct intelligence-driven research on advanced cyber threats targeting cloud environments. You will develop cloud investigation methodologies, identify indicators of compromise (IOCs), analyze attack chains, and produce high-quality research reports. The position also involves enriching field investigation teams with actionable technical intelligence and developing advanced capabilities for detecting, identifying, and alerting on sophisticated cyber threats at a national level.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in cybersecurity research and cloud incident investigations.
• Hands-on research experience in at least two of the following areas: digital forensics, network research, threat research and attack techniques, cyber threat intelligence, Incident Response (IR), or the development of cybersecurity applications and tools.
• Experience extracting actionable technical insights from intelligence sources, conducting penetration testing (PT), and working with Big Data platforms.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, communication protocols, information security principles, and computing infrastructure.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills, a solid technical background (a degree in Computer Science is an advantage), and the ability to produce clear, high-quality research documentation.
