🚀 We're Hiring: Senior AI Data Quality Analyst (12-Month Contract) | Hybrid | Tel Aviv

We're looking for a Senior AI Data Quality Analyst to join an innovative AI team and play a key role in improving the quality and performance of cutting-edge LLM solutions.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate LLM-generated conversations and text outputs using quality standards and success metrics.
• Perform high-quality data annotation and labeling for AI model training and evaluation.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, regressions, and opportunities for improvement.
• Detect recurring quality issues and provide actionable insights to enhance model performance and user experience.
• Partner closely with AI Engineers and Product Managers to continuously improve AI products.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

✔ Experience with data labeling, annotation, or evaluation of textual or conversational data.

✔ Strong analytical and qualitative research skills with exceptional attention to detail.

✔ Curiosity about AI and the ability to investigate complex model behaviors.

✔ Experience working with web-based tools, dashboards, and evolving technical platforms.

✔ Fluent English (written and spoken).

✔ Academic background in Linguistics, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

✔ Ability to work 3 days per week from the Tel Aviv office.

Nice to Have

• Experience evaluating LLMs or Generative AI models.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
