Technical Sales Engineer

Gil-Ad Sage Agencies Ltd. is a leading distributor and technical representative of advanced electronic components and solutions in Israel. We work with global technology leaders and support customers in AI, data centers, networking, telecommunications, industrial, medical, automotive, aerospace, and defense markets.

We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to identify new business opportunities, manage customer accounts, promote advanced electronic components, support design-in activities, prepare quotations, and provide technical support throughout the sales cycle. The position requires close collaboration with customers and global suppliers to develop long-term business relationships.

• Experience in technical sales of electronic components is strongly preferred (hardware/components, not software).
• Background in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Ability to understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle and build long-term customer relationships.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites within Israel.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
