Job Description

• Define and manage the enterprise Environment strategy (Dev/Test/Prod), including license allocation, FinOps budget management, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and Connectors for Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
• Establish clear governance standards and best practices for citizen developers across the organization, implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes for version control and governance, and maintain the right balance between business agility, information security, and the prevention of Shadow IT.
• Lead the development of the organization's Maker Community by building and nurturing an active community of makers, designing onboarding programs, and creating reusable components and templates to accelerate enterprise-wide application development.
• Collaborate closely with Cyber Architecture, IT Security, and Legal teams to ensure full compliance with organizational security policies, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

• Hands-on technical experience combined with strategic leadership of Citizen Development programs within large or global organizations.
• Proven experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio, including environment management, DLP policies, and Connectors.
• Proven FinOps experience, including establishing governance models, implementing ALM processes, and managing costs for enterprise-scale low-code platforms.
• Proven experience building Maker Communities and designing and delivering enablement and training programs.
